新兴产业作为现代化产业体系的关键环节，已经成为引领我国经济高质量发展的新引擎和新支柱。结合当前政策导向，本研究提出新能源、新材料、新能源汽车、智能网联汽车、工业机器人、生物制造、商业航天、低空经济八大需要培育壮大的重点新兴产业领域。培育壮大新兴产业应从提升科技创新和成果转化能力、加强场景应用市场推广、加快新型基础设施建设和加强国际科技交流合作等方面发力。
As a key link in the construction of a modern industrial system，emerging industries play an increasingly prominent role in driving the economy and have become a new engine and new pillar leading the high-quality development of the national economy. Combined with the current policy orientation，this study puts forward eight key areas of emerging industries that need to be cultivated and strengthened：new energy，new materials，new energy vehicles and intelligent connected vehicles，industrial robots，biological manufacturing，commercial aerospace and low-altitude economy. To cultivate and strengthen emerging industries，we should enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation，strengthen the market promotion of scene application，improve the enterprise gradient cultivation system，accelerate the construction of new infrastructure，improve the ecosystem of emerging industries，increase the guarantee of key factors，and strengthen international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation.
