随着数字贸易逐渐成为国际贸易的核心驱动力，数字贸易规则无疑是当前国际贸易规则重构中的关键议题。当前，世界数字贸易规则的主要模式呈现多元化态势，包括美式模板、欧式模板、日式模板以及多边原则等，各大经济体在数字贸易规则的制定上展开了激烈的竞争。为了顺应这一趋势，世界各大经济体需要积极应对，遵循国际数字贸易规则，实施数字产品非歧视待遇规则，强化跨境数据流动规则的互操作性，同时优化并创新数字化转型新规则。展望未来，世界数字贸易规则的发展将呈现三大趋势：数字贸易规则中人工智能、数字化版权内容出现；数字贸易由单向走向融合包容；数字贸易规则向更高开放水平的高阶对标。
As digital trade increasingly becomes the core driving force of international trade，digital trade rules are emerging as a crucial issue in the reconstruction of international trade regulations. Currently，global digital trade rules exhibit a diversified pattern，including the American model，the European model，the Japanese model，and multilateral principles，with major economies competing intensely over their formulation. To adapt to this trend，major world economies must actively respond by adhering to international digital trade rules，implementing non-discriminatory treatment rules for digital products，enhancing the interoperability of cross-border data flow rules，and optimizing and innovating new rules for digital transformation. Looking forward，the development of global digital trade rules will likely exhibit three main trends：the integration of artificial intelligence and digital copyright content into digital trade rules；the transition of digital trade from unilateral approaches to inclusive integration；and the alignment of digital trade rules with higher levels of openness.
