The development of digital platforms is crucial for enhancing corporate efficiency，reducing costs，and promoting business transformation and innovation. This report summarizes the business models of Chinese digital platforms from perspectives such as advertising revenue，value-added services，and data-driven approaches. It analyzes the successes and failures in the development of Chinese digital platforms through case studies of ByteDance and Renren. Based on this analysis，the report suggests that the government should establish a comprehensive regulatory framework，clarify the legal status，rights and responsibilities boundaries，and operational norms for digital platforms；optimize the business environment by simplifying approval processes，lowering market entry barriers，and providing more development space；and promote data openness and sharing，data assetization and valorization，and scientific data resource management to strengthen digital governance. Companies should enhance product and service intelligence and personalization by introducing advanced technologies and fostering independent innovation to meet the growing demands of consumers. Additionally，companies should prioritize data security by establishing robust data security management and evaluation systems.
