本文基于悉尼大学和毕马威数据库，介绍了2022年中国在澳投资的最新进展。此外，本文还回顾了2007～2022年中国对澳直接投资在商业、制度和全球背景下的变迁。本文围绕关于中国对澳直接投资的两个问题展开：一是在澳中国企业竞争优势，二是中国在澳投资所面临的关键挑战。最后，本文对中国企业在澳直接投资的可持续性进行了展望。
Based on the University of Sydney and KPMG database，this article introduces the latest developments of Chinese investment in Australia in 2022. In addition，this article also reviews the changes in Chinese direct investment in Australia in 2007-2022 in the commercial，institutional and global context. This article focuses on two debate topics about China’s direct investment in Australia：One is the economic debate on the competitive advantages of Chinese enterprises in Australia，and the other is the sociopolitical debate on the key challenges faced by China’s investment in Australia. Finally，this article provides an outlook on the sustainability of China’s direct investment in Australia.
