金砖各国均基于其科技创新发展，以及科技成果转移转化行业历史沿革建立了各自的技术转移工作体系，并在金砖国家科技创新创业伙伴关系下共建了金砖国家技术转移中心协作机制。本报告梳理并探讨金砖国家在技术转移领域的发展现状，鉴于国际技术转移是金砖国家科技创新合作的主要举措之一，金砖国家技术转移中心协作体系为金砖国家技术转移工作建立了有效的对接与合作模式，对促进知识和技术的跨境流动起到关键作用。
The BRICS have established their own technology transfer work systems based on their technological innovation development foundation and the historical evolution of the technology transfer and transformation industry. They have also jointly established the BRICS technology transfer center cooperation mechanism under the BRICS technology innovation and entrepreneurship partnership. This report reviews and explores the current development status of the BRICS in the field of technology transfer. Given that international technology transfer is one of the main measures for technological innovation cooperation among BRICS，the collaborative system of BRICS technology transfer centers has established an effective docking and cooperation model for BRICS technology transfer work，playing a key role in promoting cross-border flow of knowledge and technology.
