本文运用客观数据和量化方法，对全球新一代信息技术、高端装备制造、新材料、生物、新能源汽车、新能源六个产业领域的企业进行全面剖析，系统刻画当今战略性新兴产业的全球科技创新发展格局。战略性新兴产业“全球企业创新指数2024”（GEII 2024）从知识创新、技术创新、创新协作三个维度综合评估企业的科技创新能力，构建了包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标、28个三级指标的综合评价指标体系。评估结果显示，亚洲地区打破传统欧美双寡头垄断，基本形成“东亚—北美—欧洲”三足鼎立的发展格局。其中，日本和美国在六大战略性新兴产业领域领先优势明显，中国和德国的入围企业总频次分列第三位和第四位。
The aim of this chapter is to analyze global enterprises in the fields of new-generation information technology，high-end equipment manufacturing，new materials，biology，new-energy vehicles and new energy using objective data and quantitative methods. The Global Enterprise Innovation Index 2024（GEII 2024）evaluates the scientific and technological innovation capability of enterprises in three dimensions：knowledge innovation，technological innovation，and innovation collaboration. It has constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system with three primary indicators，nine secondary indicators，and 28 tertiary indicators. The assessment results indicate that the Asian region has broken the monopoly of the traditional European and American duopoly and has formed the development pattern of “East Asia-North America-Europe”. Japan and the United States. lead in the six strategic emerging industries，while China and Germany rank third and fourth in terms of the total frequency of enterprises on the list.
