大模型与企业智能化转型相结合，不仅可以加速企业数字化转型进程和提升企业智能化运营水平，而且将为大模型在更广泛的领域应用打开新思路。本文通过对中国企业智能化转型的现状以及企业大模型技术方案的研究，为中国企业在大模型应用领域提供可行的方法和解决方案，并对基于AI原生的企业架构提出可实施方案和路径。以大模型为基础的新一代人工智能技术将重构企业架构，推动中国企业的智能化转型走向深入，提升企业的运营水平，降本增效，激发业务模式创新从而形成新质生产力。
The combination of large language models with enterprise intelligence transformation can not only accelerate the process of enterprise digital transformation and enhance the level of intelligent operation，but also inspire new ideas for the application of large language models in a wider range of fields. Through the research on the current status of enterprise intelligence transformation in China and the research on technology solutions of the enterprise large language models，this article provides feasible methods and solutions of large language models application for Chinese enterprises. It also proposes implementable solutions and paths for AI-native enterprise IT architecture development.
