2023年，智能社会治理在疫情防控平稳转段后的社会治理转型、中央社会工作部设立与社会治理组织变革、市域社会治理现代化以及政务热线与政民互动等方面取得积极进展。表现出更加注重善用智能科技，更加强调“网格+”与社会治理，更加注重破除“指尖上的形式主义”等主要特征。未来，要更加关注生成式人工智能技术对社会治理创新的意义，破除技术迷信，聚焦技术良治，并推动社会治理从智能走向智慧。
The development of intelligent social governance（ISG）in China in 2023 is characterized by changing from COVID-19 pandemic control to normal situation，the setup of social work department and social organizational change，municipal social governance modernization，and citizen hotline and state-citizen interaction. ISG in 2023 focuses on artificial intelligence generating content（AIGC），grid plus social governance，anti-formalism in internet. In the future development of ISG，it should pay attention to AIGC and its uses，the appropriate use of technologies，and how to foster smart social governance.
