学校社会工作作为高校人际安全问题的柔性调节机制，能将“个体心境”和“社会环境”相互联结，推动校园成员及其交往环境的整体改变，因此在参与高校人际安全体系建设方面具有重要价值。本文以西部S大学为研究个案，以其在校大学生群体、学校教师和教辅人员为主要访谈对象，结合西部其他高校师生和工作人员的调查情况，探寻学校社会工作介入高校人际安全体系建设的相关困境和可行路径。研究认为，学校社会工作能够从关系重构角度促进高校人际安全问题的治理思维转变，即从解决个别化问题转向提升全体师生的普遍福祉，在此基础上重建高校校园内外的社会关系秩序。
As a flexible adjustment mechanism of the interpersonal security in university，school social work can connect “individual mood” and “social environment”，and fundamentally promote the overall change of campus members and their environment. Therefore，it has important value in participating in the construction of college interpersonal security system. Taking the S university in Western China as a case，this paper takes the college students，school teachers and teaching assistants of S university as the main interview objects，and investigates the relevant teachers，students and staff of other universities in Western China，trying to explore the relevant difficulties and feasible paths of school social work involved in the interpersonal security construction of colleges and universities. This paper holds that school social work can promote the transformation of interpersonal security governance thinking in universities from the perspective of relationship-reconstruction，that is，from solving individual problems to improving the general well-being of the whole of teachers and students，and rebuild the social relations order inside and outside the campus.
