At present，Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone gives full play to its institutional advantages of “forerunner and pilot”，and forms a financial service industry agglomeration area by building a characteristic financial service platform，innovating financial leasing transaction mode，building a financial license area and establishing a characteristic financial service supervision mechanism. In particular，remarkable achievements have been made in innovative practices in emerging financial services such as commercial factoring and financial leasing. However，at the same time，the development of financial services in the Free Trade Zone is also facing internal and external pressures and challenges from the aspects of judicial supervision，risk prevention，rule evolution and so on. Based on this，in order to further expand the financial services industry advantages of Tianjin Free Trade Pilot Zone and optimize the practical path for the innovative development of financial services in the Free Trade Pilot Zone，it is recommended to：build a financial services trading platform to smooth the entire chain of service trade；combine supporting judicial services with industrial characteristics to optimize the financial services business environment；connect with high-standard international economic and trade systems to promote high-level opening up of the financial services industry.
