Digital services trade，integrated with digital technology，stands as a vital field for AI application，experiencing rapid growth due to AI’s optimization of cross-border digital transactions and innovation in service trade formats. However，as AI application in service trade remains in its nascent stage，challenges such as regulatory gaps，digital security，and machine ethics pose significant hurdles to the development of AI-empowered service trade. Therefore，it is suggested to raise awareness of security issues，actively regulate AI application content，proactively establish responsible machine ethics，promote international cooperation in AI governance，and strive to create a harmonious，stable，and mutually beneficial global economic landscape amid the rapid development of digital technology.
