本报告基于2003～2022年全球投资数据，从总体趋势、行业演化、区位分布和跨国公司等角度分析全球和中国现代服务业对外直接投资特征和演化趋势。研究发现：全球现代服务业投资整体呈现波动增长的态势，且行业分布不均衡。投资主要来自美国、英国、德国、法国、瑞士等国家，主要目的国则包括美国、英国、德国等发达国家和中国、印度等新兴经济体。中国作为投资大国，在全球现代服务业对外直接投资格局中占据重要地位，正在由资本输入国转向资本输出国，软件和信息技术服务业、金融服务业是重要的投资领域。本报告全面系统地分析现代服务业对外直接投资变化情况，为我国加强服务业投资合作、优化投资空间布局和制定跨境投资战略提供理论参考和数据支撑。
Based on representative global investment data from 2003 to 2022，this paper analyzes the characteristics and evolutionary trends of outward foreign direct investment（OFDI）in global and Chinese modern service industries from the perspectives of overall trends，industry evolution，location distribution，and multinational corporations. The study finds that global investment in modern service industries exhibits a fluctuating growth trend，with significant uneven industry distribution. Investments mainly originate from countries such as the United States，the United Kingdom，Germany，France，and Switzerland，while major destination countries include developed countries like the United States，the United Kingdom，and Germany，as well as emerging economies such as China and India. As a major investing country，China occupies an important position in the global OFDI landscape of modern service industries，transforming from a capital importer to a capital exporter. Software and information technology services，as well as financial services，are significant investment areas. This paper provides a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the changes in OFDI in modern service industries，offering theoretical reference and data support for China to strengthen service industry investment cooperation，optimize investment spatial layout，and formulate cross-border investment strategies in the new era of development.
