Service trade is an important component of international trade and an important field of international economic and trade cooperation，playing an important role in building a new development pattern. With the support of a series of national policies，China has achieved good results in the development of traditional Chinese medicine service trade. The article describes the classification of traditional Chinese medicine service trade，sorts out a series of supporting policies and effects of traditional Chinese medicine service trade，analyzes the operation，main effects，and common problems of the existing 31 national traditional Chinese medicine service export bases，and uses base data to present the development of traditional Chinese medicine service trade in 2023 from the perspectives of domestic services and overseas services. Relevant opinions and suggestions are proposed for the future development of the bases from the government，industry，and base levels.
