在进博会溢出效应持续放大、推动“一带一路”高质量发展的背景下，本文从优化资源配置、促进全球价值链发展、推动产业升级、优化营商环境四个方面阐述进博会对高质量共建“一带一路”的助力效应。然后，结合数据深刻剖析中国自“一带一路”沿线国家进口的规模、结构变化，以及当前扩大进口面临的问题。最后，从优化进博会举办方式、完善参展商制度、优化营商环境和强化数字赋能等方面提出切实可行的对策建议。
Under the background of the continuous amplification of the spillover effect of the China International Import Expo（CIIE）and the promotion of the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative（BRI），this report analyzes the contribution effects of the CIIE to the high-quality joint construction of BRI. This contribution effects can be summarized into four aspects，namely optimizing resource allocation，promoting the development of global value chain，promoting industrial upgrading and optimizing the business environment. Then，based on the data，the report analyzes the scale and structural changes of China’s import from countries along BRI，as well as the current problems faced by expanding imports. Finally，the report puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions in terms of optimizing the way of holding the CIIE，improving the exhibitor system，optimizing the business environment and strengthening digital empowerment.
