As a comprehensive regional cooperation organization，the influence and role of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization（SCO）in the Asia Pacific region are increasingly prominent. The SCO has contributed to the geopolitical stability and economic development of the Asia Pacific region by strengthening political，economic，and security cooperation with countries within the region such as Southeast Asia，Japan，South Korea，and Mongolia. With the increasing influence of the SCO and many practical achievements，some Asia Pacific countries have gradually shifted their attitude towards the organization from passive observation and cautious treatment to active contacts and seeking cooperation. Although the breadth and depth of cooperation between the SCO and the Asia Pacific countries are currently limited，the complementarity in geographical location，development strategies，economic structure，and other aspects provides broad space for cooperation. The exchanges and cooperation between the SCO and the Asia Pacific countries are conducive to enhancing mutual trust，maintaining regional peace and stability，promoting common prosperity and development in the Asia Pacific and Eurasian regions，as well as promoting the construction of a closer community with a shared future for the SCO.
