2023年上合组织国家在卫生健康领域的合作有了新的方向，突发卫生事件的预防和应急、数字医疗、应对非传染性疾病、医疗旅游、传统医学成为重要的合作领域。特别是传统医学领域的合作方兴未艾，中印等传统医学资源丰富的国家在2023年举办了多场推动传统医学合作的活动，成为上合组织国家构建卫生健康共同体新的增长点。上合组织国家在卫生健康领域的合作从制定政策、建立机构、共商合作理念逐渐走向实践，特别是构建上合组织卫生健康共同体的中国实践取得良好的效果。
In 2023，the cooperation among Shanghai Cooperation Organization（SCO）members in the health fields has taken on new directions，with the prevention and emergency response of health emergencies，digital medicine，response to non-communicable diseases，medical tourism，and traditional medicine becoming important areas. The cooperation is just unfolding especially in the field of traditional medicine. Countries with abundant traditional medicine resources，such as China and India，held multiple activities in 2023 to promote cooperation in this field，becoming a new growth point for SCO members to build a shared community of health. The cooperation among member countries in the health fields has gradually shifted from policy formulation，institution establishment，and joint discussion of cooperation to practice. Especially，China’s practice of building the SCO’s shared community of health has achieved good results.
