数字经济已经成为推动世界经济增长的新动能，发展数字经济是把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革新机遇的战略选择。目前，上海合作组织各成员国制定了本国的数字经济发展战略，并取得了显著成效。2023年上海合作组织的数字经济合作开展了多项重大活动，从颁布多个推动上合组织数字经济发展的指导性文件，到构建数字科技产业服务平台、举办系列有影响力的会议和论坛，有力地推动了上合组织数字经济合作深入发展。展望未来，上合组织的数字经济合作发展任重道远，成员国应紧紧抓住数字化发展趋势，释放数字化的变革力量，开启上合组织经济合作新征程。
The digital economy has become a new driving force for global economic growth，and developing the digital economy is a strategic choice to seize the new opportunities of a new round of scientific revolution and industrial transformation. Currently，the Shanghai Cooperation Organization（SCO）members have made digital economy development strategies for each country and have achieved significant results. In 2023，the SCO carried out multiple activities in digital economy cooperation，from issuing many guidance documents for promoting the digital economy to building a digital technology industry service platform and holding a series of influential conferences and forums. These implementations effectively promoted the in-depth development of the SCO’s digital economy cooperation. In the future，the development of SCO’s digital economy cooperation will be a long and arduous task. The SCO members should embark on a new journey of SCO’s economic cooperation by firmly grasping the digitization trend and unleashing its force of change.
