With the accelerated arrival of the digital era，countries around the world are laying out the next-generation Internet in order to construct a strong digital economic base and seize the dominance and voive in the competitio. The United States is the leader of the next-generation Internet and dominates the global Internet governance system. The European Union is trying to change its follower status in the next-generation Internet. Japan，South Korea，and other countries and regions such as Africa are also actively promoting the deployment of next-generation Internet. China is currently in the phase of transformation from running parallel to the United States to leading the world in the development of next-generation Internet，which requires us to learn from experience，accurately grasp the connotation of next-generation Internet，pay close attention to the new trend of next-generation Internet，attach great importance to the research and development of the core technologies of next-generation Internet，and actively strive for the right to formulate the rules of global Internet governance. In terms of specific strategies，it is necessary to accelerate and improve the strategic deployment of next-generation Internet，strengthen the key core technology research and development，comprehensively encourage industry application and innovation，and actively promote the Internet global governance.
