As new breakthroughs in AI，autonomous driving and other technologies continue to draw comments from the society，accelerating the development of emerging industries in digital economy field has become the consensus of many cities in China. There are many highlights in the development of industries in each place. This chapter analyzes the experience of the development of three emerging fields，including AI，Vehicle to Everything，and Data Factor Markets. It summarizes the infrastructure，core technology，and market application of the AI and the V2X，and analyzes the foundation，operation mechanism，and assetization of the data factor market.
