Industrial synergy and regional digital economy development interact and are closely linked. As an important region of China’s economic development，the upgrading of industrial structure and deep synergy can help accelerate the process of regional economic development. The study finds that the digital economy scale of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is expanding，the collaborative innovation system is taking shape，and the pattern of industrial synergy is preliminarily emerging. However，there are still practical problems in the industrial synergy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，such as the unbalanced development of digital economy industry in the region，the low coordination degree of industrial chain and supply chain，the unclear path of industrial collaboration，and the resource support and allocation capacity to be improved. The study believes that to promote the development of digital economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，the regional overall coordination should be strengthened and the benchmark leadership should be highlighted. The regional digital technology facilities should be distributed prospectively to consolidate the industrial foundation of digital economy，the synergy mode should be improved to accelerate the integration of regional industrial chain，supply chain and innovation chain，the resource flow and allocation mechanism should be improved to improve the resource support capacity，and the industrial Internet should be used to deepen the integration of digital and real economy.
