With the rapid development of digital technology，Africa is ushering in a new era of the digital economy. Currently，Africa is at a crucial stage of rapid digital economic growth，with the widespread adoption and application of digital technologies profoundly impacting the continent’s economic landscape. The rapid rise in internet penetration，increasing digital inclusivity，continuous adjustment of business models，and the gradual intelligentization of social services and government management constitute the foundational conditions for the development of Africa’s digital economy. The proliferation of digital technologies has become the driving force behind the rapid advancement of the digital economy in Africa. Significant progress has been made in recent years in the fields of digital finance，digital healthcare，digital agriculture，and digital education. However，the development of the digital economy in Africa also faces several challenges，including the digital divide，data privacy and security concerns，insufficient technological application capabilities，and pressures related to sustainable development. Given Africa’s large young population and the rapidly growing digital user base，combined with increasing investments in digital transformation by governments and enterprises，the potential for the development of Africa’s digital economy is enormous.
