Chinese language schools in Africa are an important part of the global Chinese language spreading network. At present，the development environment of African Chinese language schools is favorable，and their development shows a trend of diversification and localization. However，their geographical and spatial distribution is not balanced，and their educational level is on the low side. In particular，it is difficult to meet the educational needs of the vast number of new overseas Chinese in Africa. China is the motherland of Chinese language，and international education of Chinese language is the key support for the construction of China’s international communication system. Therefore，the Chinese government is duty-bound in the top-level design of international education of Chinese language，the expansion of resource supply，and the overall planning of resource allocation. In the future，the Chinese government should make full use of the current good situation，actively plan and accurately allocate resources to build Chinese international schools for overseas Chinese in Africa，support localized African Chinese language schools to carry out Chinese language education，and guide Chinese communities and enterprises in Africa to participate in running Chinese language schools.
