日内瓦是诸多国际组织青睐落户的国际城市之一。国际组织的聚集也使日内瓦从中获益。除了具备地理、历史等优越的先天条件外，日内瓦从硬件环境、政策环境、文化环境等方面为国际组织落户发展而开展的环境机制建设值得研究。如何使国际组织“引进来”和“留下来”是北京正在面对的重要问题。借鉴日内瓦的成功经验，北京可以有策略地打造面向国际组织的城市品牌形象、完善法律法规等“软环境”、加强“硬支撑”环境建设等，推进引入和服务国际组织的重要任务，更好地助力北京国际交往中心功能建设。
Geneva is one of the major international cities favored by many international organizations. Geneva also benefits from the gathering of international organizations’ headquarters. In addition to its superior innate conditions such as geography and history，Geneva’s efforts in building an environmental mechanism for international organizations to settle and develop in terms of hardware environment，policy environment，cultural environment，etc. are worthy of study. How to make international organizations “bring in” and “stay” is an important issue faced by Beijing. Drawing on the successful experience of Geneva，Beijing can strategically promote the current important goals of attracting and serving international organizations by building a city brand image for international organizations，improving the “soft environment” such as laws and regulations，and strengthening the construction of the “hard support” environment，so as to better to boost the functional construction of the Beijing International Exchange Center.
