全球治理活动是提升北京国际影响力、服务国家总体外交的重要举措。本报告通过文献比较研究、半结构化访谈和实地观察，探究首都青年参与全球治理的内涵和现状。研究发现，在鼓励和培育首都青年参与全球治理方面，政府、高校、企业、社会组织等多元主体发挥了积极作用，也面临着发展性挑战。本报告从全球胜任力培养、高端青年人才涵养、全球治理资源整合等角度对挑战进行分析，为多元主体提供参考，以期更好地促进首都青年参与全球治理，服务国家总体外交。
Global governance activities are an important measure to enhance Beijing’s international influence and serve the national overall diplomatic efforts. This article explores the status quo of youth participation in global governance in Beijing through literature comparison，semi-structured interviews，and field observations. The study found that diverse entities such as the capital government，universities，enterprises，and social organizations have played active roles in encouraging and nurturing youth participation in global governance，while facing developmental challenges. This article discusses the challenges from the perspectives of global competence education，cultivation of high-end youth talents，and integration of global governance resources，providing references for diverse entities to better promote youth participation in global governance and serve the overall diplomatic efforts of the country.
