With firm determination and innovative measures，Beijing has risen to the challenge，promoting the construction of the “Belt and Road” towards high-quality development. Specifically，Beijing has continuously enhanced its leading and dominant position in the international community through hosting major diplomatic events and head-of-state diplomacy，launching global initiatives，and other means；it has improved the “three major mechanisms” to enhance service guarantee capability；and has created “four platforms” to enhance comprehensive carrying capacity. In the future，Beijing will continue to leverage its advantages in urban governance，technological innovation，and legal and financial services，to support and safeguard the “Belt and Road” initiative，expand connections with countries along the “Belt and Road”，and make new contributions to achieving high-quality co-construction of the “Belt and Road”.
