2020年松山湖科学城融入大湾区科学中心建设体制机制研究

有组织创新是国家竞争的高级形态,综合性国家科学中心既是显著提升基础科研水平、推动原始创新的重要手段,也是科技与产业深度融合、科技成果转化孵化的重要载体,在国际创新价值链与产业链的体系中起着关键作用。东莞市要把握好当前科技革命和产业转型的新机遇,集中力量进行科技创新,加快松山湖科学城融入大湾区科学中心的速度,通过体制机制创新将松山湖科学城打造成为高新技术产业汇聚新高地,充分释放科研创新的活力。

Abstract

Organized innovation is an advanced form of national competition. Comprehensive national science center is not only an important means to significantly improve the level of basic scientific research and promote original innovation,but also an important carrier for the deep integration of science and technology and industry,transformation and incubation of scientific and technological achievements. It plays a key role in the system of international innovation value chain and industrial chain. Dongguan City should grasp the new opportunities of the current scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,concentrate on scientific and technological innovation,speed up the integration of Songshanhu Science City into Greater Bay Area Science Center,become a new high-tech industry gathering highland through system and mechanism innovation,and fully release the vitality of scientific research and innovation.
