当前，在提升国家综合实力和国际竞争力方面，科技创新是其中的重要促进力量。本文从区域合作的角度，分析横琴发展科创产业存在的瓶颈和与澳门深化产学研合作的薄弱因素，并深入挖掘横琴与澳门在科创产业协同发展和产学研合作的重要发力点，最后提出完善创新驱动政策体系、加强基础科学的规划布局、推动高科技产业落地发展、推进创新载体的规划建设、建设全球领先科创孵化基地、加快集聚多层次创新人才的六方面建议。
At present，scientific and technological innovation is an important driving force in enhancing national comprehensive strength and international competitiveness. From the perspective of regional cooperation，this article analyzes the bottlenecks in the development of Hengqin’s science and innovation industry and the weak factors in deepening the cooperation between Hengqin and Macao in industry-university-research cooperation，and deeply explores the important force points of Hengqin and Macao in the coordinated development of science and technology industry and industry-university-research cooperation，and finally put forward six suggestions to improve the innovation-driven policy system，strengthen the planning and layout of basic science，promote the development of high-tech industries，promote the planning and construction of innovation carriers，build the world’s leading science and innovation incubation base，and accelerate the accumulation of multi-level innovative talents.
