“1024”讲话后，全国区块链产业加快“脱虚向实”，粤港澳大湾区出台系列举措，力争将大湾区打造成全国区块链技术和产业聚集中心。本文围绕如何做好区块链人才引进和培养，进而推动大湾区区块链产业发展这一核心问题，总结了当前大湾区区块链产业人才发展的现状，分析了大湾区在区块链人才引进和培养中存在的短板和问题，并据此提出了一系列政策建议。
After the “1024” speech，the national blockchain industry has accelerated pragmatic process. The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has introduced a series of measures to strive to build the Greater Bay Area into a national blockchain technology and industry gathering center. This article focuses on the core issue of promoting the development of the blockchain industry in the Greater Bay Area with blcokchain talents introduction and training，summarizes the current status of the development of talents in the blockchain industry in the Greater Bay Area，and puts forward policy suggestions based on the shortcomings and problems in the introduction and training of blockchain talents.
