随着粤港澳大湾区人口老龄化趋势的持续加深，加强大湾区内部养老服务的协同建设，是丰富“一国两制”民生内涵的必然要求。而大湾区养老服务人才体系的协同发展对深化大湾区养老服务合作，提升养老服务的居民满意度具有重大意义。本文比较分析了粤港澳三地人口老龄化及养老服务体系建设的现状，总结了粤港澳大湾区养老服务人才协同建设存在的制约因素，并据此提出了粤港澳大湾区养老服务人才协同建设的目标及实现路径。
With the continuous deepening of the aging trend in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，strengthening the collaborative construction of elderly care services within the Greater Bay Area is an inevitable requirement for enriching the connotation of “one country，two systems” people’s livelihood. The collaborative development of the elderly care service talent system in the Greater Bay Area has significant implications for deepening the cooperation of elderly care services in the bay area and improving the residents’ satisfaction with elderly care services. This report compares and analyzes the current situation of population aging and the construction of elderly care service systems in Guangdong，Hong Kong，and Macao，summarizes the factors restricting the collaborative construction of elderly care service talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，and proposes the objectives and implementation paths for the collaborative construction of elderly care service talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
