全球发达经济体的区域协同发展经验，能够为粤港澳大湾区发展提供多方面启示。本文梳理了日本东京都市圈、法国巴黎大区都市圈、英国伦敦都市圈、以色列特拉维夫城市群的发展经验，认为日本东京都市圈跳出东京去解决“东京一极集中”问题并设置定量化评估与监测标准；法国巴黎大区都市圈突破旧城区空间约束在更大范围内建设副中心和卫星城，在发展初期协同第二、三产业；伦敦都市圈采取科学合理的规划设计、高效立法与灵活经营机制保障；以色列特拉维夫城市群的服务型政府，鼓励创新创业且宽容失败，这些做法值得粤港澳大湾区学习借鉴。
The regional coordinated development experience of world’s developedeconomiescan provide various inspirations for the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This paper summarizes the development experience of metropolitan area of Tokyo in Japan，of Paris in France，of London in the United Kingdom and of Tel Aviv in Israel. This paper believes that the following practices are worth learning from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area：the Tokyo metropolitan area in Japan sets quantitative assessment and monitoring standards；the Paris metropolitan area in France breaks through the spatial constraints of the old urban area to build sub-centers and satellite cities on a larger scale and collaborate with secondary and tertiary industries；The London metropolitan area is guaranteed by scientific and reasonable planning and design，efficient legislation and flexible operating mechanisms；there is also a service-oriented government in Tel Aviv，Israel，which encourages innovation and entrepreneurship and tolerates failure.
