粤港澳大湾区发展迅猛，催生了多方面新动能。本文着眼于抢抓RCEP新机遇，借助大湾区的新动能，积极推动广东奋勇东盟产业园创建国家级东盟产业合作示范区的思路，通过实证分析和规范分析相结合，客观分析广东奋勇东盟产业园创建国家级东盟产业合作示范区的重要意义，以及创建的主要优势和短板，提出大湾区新动能背景下创建国家级东盟产业合作示范区的实现路径。
The rapid development of the Greater Bay Area has generated momentum in various aspects. This paper focuses on seizing the new opportunities brought by the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership （RCEP），leveraging the new momentum of the Greater Bay Area，and actively promoting the establishment of a national-level Association of Southeast Asian Nations （ASEAN） industry cooperation demonstration zone in Guangdong Fenyong ASEAN Industrial Park. By combining empirical analysis and normative analysis，this paper objectively analyzes the significance of establishing a national-level ASEAN industry cooperation demonstration zone in Guangdong ASEAN Industrial Park，as well as the main advantages and shortcomings of its creation，and proposes the implementation path for establishing a national-level ASEAN industry cooperation demonstration zone in the context of the new momentum of the Greater Bay Area.
