The adjustment of the national development pattern will have a corresponding significant impact on different regions. In 2020，the central government established a new pattern of “domestic circulation as the main body，domestic and international dual circulation promotion”，bringing major development opportunities for China’s development. Shenzhen should deeply analyze the major changes in the regional economy and industrial structure under the dual cycle，take advantage of its own market mechanism，relatively abundant capital，and strong high-tech enterprises to further emancipate people’s mind，take the initiative to make corresponding adjustments，and actively carry out industrial upgrading. In addition，Shenzhen should therefore make up for the shortcomings of the internal circulation，deepen the social reform，promote the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，integrate into the dual circulation，and better utilise the role of the pilot demonstration area.
