提升产业链现代化水平是以习近平同志为核心的党中央面对国内外发展环境变化所做出的重大战略部署，对于推动经济体系优化升级、增强产业链控制力和安全性、提高经济质量效益和核心竞争力意义重大。本文通过梳理产业链现代化的内涵与要求，站在粤港澳大湾区的区域大格局中，分析中山市提升产业链现代化水平的基础条件与机遇挑战，借鉴国内其他城市提升产业链现代化水平的经验做法，提出粤港澳大湾区背景下中山市提升产业链现代化水平的总体思路、着重处理好的几个关系和具体的对策建议。
Improving the modernization level of the industrial chain is a major strategic plan made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China （CCCPC） with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core in the face of changes for development at home and abroad. It is of great significance for promoting the optimization and upgrading of the economic system，enhancing the control and safety of the industrial chain，and improving economic quality and performance and core competitiveness. By studying the implication and requirements of the industrial chain modernization，this paper analyses the basic conditions，opportunities and challenges for Zhongshan City to improve the modernization level of the industrial chain in the context of the great pattern of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Learning from the experience of other domestic cities in improving the modernization level of the industrial chain，the overall guideline，several relationships that need to be managed，strategies and suggestions of improving the modernization level of the industrial chain of Zhongshan City are proposed.
