Optimizing the business environment is one of the most important ways for making new breakthroughs in the economic development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. As a typical example of deepening the reform of the commercial system and optimizing the business environment，Guangzhou has always been at the forefront of the country. This article is based on an in-depth study of the process and effectiveness of Guangzhou’s deepening commercial system reform. This article proposed a series of suggestions in order to promote Guangdong’s further deepening of the commercial system reform，optimize the business environment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，and fully release the development potential of world-famous bay areas and global city clusters.
