Compared with other cities and regions in China，Shenzhen’s main advantage lies in its well-developed market economy，having established a relatively complete market economy system earlier than other regions in the country. The most fundamental requirement for truly establishing and improving the market economy system is to avoid direct administrative intervention in the autonomous operation of enterprises in the market economy，not to interfere in or hinder the legitimate market competition of enterprises，and not to command the autonomous development of enterprises inappropriately.
