随着粤港澳大湾区建设的推进，如何加快港澳与广东在社会福利制度领域的协同成为日益重要的现实政策问题。为实现粤港澳三地社会福利制度的协同，应把握其基本原则、实现路径及关键内容，应建立社会政策协商机制，推进社会政策信息化建设，成立社会福利政策研究联盟，建立大湾区社服交易中心，开展社区服务示范区试验。实现粤港澳大湾区社会福利制度的协同，应融入“社会中国”的治理理念，通过改变大湾区社会政策地方化与碎片化的福利地区格局，促进粤港澳三地建立基于统一公民身份的社会福利制度。
As the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area promotes，the question of how to speed up the collaboration between Hong Kong，Macao and Guangdong （Mainland China） in the field of social welfare systems has become an increasingly important practical policy issue. In order to achieve the coordination of the social welfare systems in Guangdong，Hong Kong，and Macau，we should grasp their basic principles，implementation paths，and key contents. Also，we should establish a social policy consultation mechanism，promote the construction of social policy informatization，establish a social welfare policy research alliance，a Greater Bay Area community and a service trading center to carry out trials in the community service demonstration area. In addition，to achieve the coordination of the social welfare system in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，we should incorporate the “Social China” governance concept，and promote a unified citizenship welfare system by changing the localized and fragmented welfare area structure of the Greater Bay Area social policy.
