新生代企业家是最富朝气和活力的群体,调查发现澳门新生代企业家文化素养普遍较高,移民意愿较低,尊重子女的喜好和未来发展方向,并认为身边的家族企业“创二代”在职业发展上不大乐意“接班”。思想上有正确的认知,政治参与满意度较高。对自身工作及所处社会地位评价相对较高。但澳门新生代企业家也面临企业生存压力大、运营成本高、创新力不足三重压力叠加。建议从企业成长、政策支撑、管理服务和社会支持四个维度寻找新生代企业家及其企业创新发展路径。
New generation entrepreneurs are the most vigorous and energetic group. The survey finds that Macau’s new generation entrepreneurs are generally more culturally literate,less willing to emigrate,respect their children’s preferences and choices in future development,and believe that the “second generation of entrepreneurs” around them are less willing to “take over” family businesses in terms of career development. They have a correct cognition of their own thinking and a high level of satisfaction with their political participation. The evaluation of their own work and social status is relatively high. However,the new generation of entrepreneurs in Macao is also facing the triple pressure of high survival pressure,high operation cost and insufficient innovation,as well as individual physical and mental health problems. It is suggested that the new generation entrepreneurs and their enterprises should find innovative development paths from four dimensions:enterprise growth,policy support,management service and social support.
