In recent years,Central Asian countries have vigorously promoted the trend of reform. Especially the two major countries in Central Asia,Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, have undergone significant adjustments, ranging from social and legal foundations to national political systems, from legislative structures to local administrative divisions. This bold reform, which occurred 30 years after the independence of Central Asian countries,is by no means accidental. It marks the end of the early stage of the establishment of Central Asian nation states and the beginning of a new era of transformation. However, this reform still faces many obstacles and difficulties, and its prospects also contain various uncertainties.
