中国重要省、区、市与意大利合作是中意两国务实合作的重要内容。本文将对中国天津市与意大利开展合作的情况进行考察。本文首先梳理分析两个有代表性的案例，即天津意大利风情区的修复与天津意大利中小企业产业园的建设。2004年，在中意两国建立全面战略伙伴关系的背景下，天津在城市建设与改造过程中与意方密切合作建成意大利风情区，其成为两国友好合作的典范。2019年，在中意加强全面战略伙伴关系的背景下，天津市政府依托天津港保税区设立意大利中小企业产业园，此后吸引了多家意大利企业落地天津，凸显集聚效应。本文基于对三家意大利在津企业的采访，从跨文化沟通视角归纳总结其发展经验，进而针对意大利和其他国家企业来华投资提出建议。2024年将迎来中意建立全面战略伙伴关系20周年，天津与意大利的合作有着广阔的发展前景。
The cooperation between China’s provinces and cities and Italy is an important aspect of pragmatic cooperation between the two countries. This article examines the cooperation between Tianjin and Italy. Firstly，it presents and analyzes two representative cases：the restoration of the Italian Style Town and the construction of Tianjin Italian SMEs Industrial Park. In 2004，in the context of the establishment of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between China and Italy，Tianjin，while preparing for urban transformation，worked closely with Italy to rebuild the Italian Style Town，which became an example of friendly cooperation between the two countries. In 2019，with further strengthening of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between China and Italy，the Tianjin municipal government established the Italian SMEs Industrial Park in the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone. Since then，it has attracted multiple Italian companies to settle in Tianjin，promoting networking among companies. The article also presents the development experiences of three Italian enterprises in Tianjin from a cross-cultural communication perspective. It then provides suggestions for Italian and other countries’ companies to invest in China. 2024 will be the 20th anniversary of establishing the China-Italy Comprehensive Strategic Partnership，which will present broad prospects for cooperation between Tianjin and Italy.
