Through the introduction of background，this paper elaborates on the application and importance of Data-Intelligence technology in banks，as well as the positive impact of the Data-Intelligence Empowering （DIE） on the high-quality development of banks. It further analyzes the current situation of the DIE in banks，points out the existing problems and challenges，such as data security，technology application and other aspects. This paper discusses the future development trend of the DIE on the hign-quality development of banks，including the application prospects of new technologies such as artificial intelligence，blockchain，big data，and large language model in banks. This paper puts forward the development path and suggestions of the DIE on the hign-quality development of banks，including strengthening technological innovation，strengthening data security，promoting financial technology cooperation，strengthening talent training and other specific measures. This paper summarizes the importance and influence of high-quality development of the DIE in banks，and looks forward to the promotion effect of the DIE on the future development of banks，aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the DIE on the high-quality development of banks.
