设施联通是共建“一带一路”的优先领域，中国与“一带一路”共建国家在传统基础设施领域的合作扎实推进，近年来也高度重视新型基础设施建设，项目合作亮点纷呈，为推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展注入了新的活力。上海作为中国新型基础设施建设的排头兵和先行者，在推进“一带一路”新型基础设施建设方面发挥了积极的“桥头堡”作用。通过“新网络”、“新设施”、“新平台”和“新终端”建设，上海不断深化与共建国家新型基础设施互联互通，为中国高质量推进“一带一路”建设做出了重要贡献。
Infrastructure connectivity is a priority area in the joint construction of “the Belt and Road” Initiative. While China and co-building countries of OBOR have made solid progress in traditional infrastructure cooperation，they have also attached great importance to the construction of new infrastructure in recent years，and achieved a series of remarkable results. As the vanguard and forerunner of China’s new infrastructure construction，Shanghai has also played a positive bridgehead role in promoting the new infrastructure construction along “the Belt and Road”. Through the construction of a “new network” based on a new generation of network infrastructure，the construction of a “new facility” based on the joint national laboratory of “the Belt and Road”，the construction of a “new platform” based on integrated infrastructure such as artificial intelligence and big data，and the construction of a “new terminal” based on intelligent terminal infrastructure，Shanghai has continuously deepened and jointly built a new type of infrastructure connectivity in “the Belt and Road” countries，making important contributions to the high-quality promotion of “the Belt and Road” construction in China.
