Gilan province of Iran has excellent geographical location and natural conditions. Thanks to this，the province has become an important agricultural production area in Iran and a hub of foreign economic exchanges. At the same time，coupled with the rich natural landscape，cultural resources and multi-ethnic composition，the tourism of Gilan province has broad prospects for development. However，there are still many deficiencies in the current agricultural production in Gilan Province. Although the rural agricultural resources and tourism resources have a high integration，but the development is not sufficient. Based on the above analysis，this paper proposes general suggestions on the development measures of relevant industries in Gilan province and the selection of Gilan province as a pilot area in China’s exploration and deepening of cooperation with Iran.
