The government’s performance of market supervision in the era of digital economy inevitably requires the reform of digital market supervision，which is essentially to strengthen the whole process of supervision of government regulators for diversified industries，the depth of mining of diversified data，and the effective coordination of diversified subjects. Optimizing the regulatory mechanism is to build a joint enforcement mechanism for market supervision from the perspectives of regional collaboration and central-local coordination，and to rely on digital economy legislation to provide rule of law safeguards for regulation and digital economy development. After comprehensively examining the regulatory mechanism，law enforcement mechanism and the quality of local legislation on digital economy，it is found that there is still a need to strengthen the top-level design，enhance the normativity of the joint law enforcement mechanism，and improve the quality of legislation on digital economy based on the local characteristics of each region.
