The construction of the “one-website processing，” and the capacity-building of the “One Network to Supervise” play a crucial role in promoting administrative efficiency and improving service quality. This chapter evaluates the achievements and challenges in these areas，examining whether governments at all levels have effectively implemented the “One Network to Handle” plan and the progress of their capacity-building in the “One Network to Supervise.” Key evaluation criteria include the integration of services into a unified online platform，the accessibility and user-friendliness of the platform，and the degree of integration of regulatory functions through the “One Network to Supervise.” The results of the evaluation show positive progress in many regions，with governments at all levels actively promoting the integration of various services into a single online platform. This integration aims to streamline processes，reduce redundancy，and enhance the convenience for citizens and businesses. However，there are still some challenges，such as the insufficient simplification of approval processes，uneven regional development，and deficiencies in technology and security measures. To further strengthen these initiatives，the evaluation team recommends that governments at all levels focus on comprehensive service integration，user-centric design principles，and robust cybersecurity measures. Additionally，efforts should be made to continuously update and adjust to ensure the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of “One Network to Handle” and “One Network to Supervise.”
