自2015年韩国政府制定《人性教育振兴法》以来,人性教育覆盖各教育阶段。目前韩国大学大多成立了人性教育委员会,负责规划和实施人性教育,但是由于韩国大学对人性教育的探索刚起步,当前大学人性教育呈现不同的特征。本文拟以三所韩国大学的人性教育为案例,考察韩国大学人性教育的具体措施、主要特点及需要完善的因素等,并在此基础上提炼出可供我国大学人性教育借鉴的经验。
Since the government of ROK enacted “Personality Education Promotion Act” in 2015,personality education has covered all levels of education. Currently,the most universities in ROK have set up personality education committees,which are responsible for planning and implementing personality education. However,as the exploration of personality education in ROK has just started,the current personality education of university presents different characteristics. This paper will focus on three cases of personality education in universities of ROK,to investigate the specific measures,main characteristics and factors that need to be improved,and on this basis,extract the experience that can be used for reference in Chinese personality education,hoping to get some meaningful enlightenment.
