全球性绿色金融国际组织和合作机制持续发挥积极作用。公共金融部门参与的全球性绿色金融合作平台、公私部门形成的区域性绿色金融合作网络、研究机构搭建的绿色金融学术研究网络持续推动绿色金融国际合作不断深入。2022年，绿色金融国际合作迈上新的台阶。全球性和区域性绿色金融合作机制以及学术交流活动汇集世界各国力量应对发展挑战，推动政策制定和市场实践，切实应对绿色金融发展难点和痛点。然而当前的绿色金融国际合作仍面临标准多样且复杂、区域诉求与供给资源不匹配、能力建设未形成溢出效应、疫后复苏与金融体系失衡的挑战。展望未来，需要推动政策标准的比较和协同、关注气候脆弱地区发展需求、开展学术交流和技术援助，兼顾可持续性与公平性。
Global green finance international organizations and cooperation mechanisms continue to play a positive role. The global green finance cooperation platform involving the public financial sector，regional green finance cooperation networks formed by the public and private sectors，and the academic research network established by research institutions are continuously promoting the deepening of international cooperation in green finance. In 2022，international cooperation in green finance has entered a new stage. Global and regional cooperation mechanisms，as well as academic activities in green finance，bring together the forces of countries around the world to address development challenges，promote policy formulation and market practices，and effectively address the difficulties and bottlenecks in the development of green finance. However，current international cooperation in green finance still faces challenges such as diverse and complex standards，mismatch between regional demands and resource supply，insufficient capacity building to create spillover effects，and challenges related to post-covid recovery and the imbalance of the financial system. Looking ahead，there is a need to promote the comparison and coordination of policy standards，pay attention to the development needs of climate-vulnerable regions，engage in academic exchanges and technical assistance，and make balance between sustainability and fairness.
