London’s digital transformation is carrying out in the macro context of the UK’s National Digital Strategy，which not only provided guiding policies and principles for London’s digital transformation，but also endowed with corresponding digital contents for it. London’s digital transformation goals are not only consistent with the paths of smart city construction，but also the use of high-end digital technologies to help London has achieved smart governance. Although London has made outstanding achievements in digital transformation，the current difficulties and challenges it is facing cannot be ignored. Nevertheless，London’s digital transformation still offers us some experiences.
