社会公众的网络行为可以折射出社会关注的情况,是体现国际中文教育受社会公众重视程度的重要参数。借助百度指数的大数据平台,运用地理集中指数、莫兰指数等方法对时间演进、空间格局、人群属性、媒体关注率等社会关注特征进行解读,能分析出2014年至2023年社会公众对国际中文教育的重视程度和关注特征。结果显示:十年间,国际中文教育社会关注度总体呈现稳定且略微上升态势,而且季节效应非常明显,主要集中在春夏两季;空间分布上呈现出一定的聚集性,各省份社会关注度差异明显并存在显著的空间正相关性,但是省际的辐射带动作用有下降趋势;中青年群体和女性群体是关注国际中文教育的主流,媒体关注率和社会舆论影响力略偏低。据此,本文从精准宣传推广、网络赋能发展、巧用聚集效用等三方面提出促进国际中文教育影响力提升的建议。
The online behavior of the public can reflect the social concern situation,which is an important parameter reflecting the degree of importance of international Chinese education by the public. With the big data platform of Baidu Index,using geographic concentration index,Moran index and other methods to interpret the social concern features such as time evolution,spatial pattern,crowd attributes,media attention rate,etc.,we are able to analyze the degree of importance and concern features of the social public for international Chinese education from 2014 to 2023. The results show that during the ten years,the overall social concern of international Chinese language education has been stable and slightly rising,and the seasonal effect is very obvious,mainly concentrated in the spring and summer seasons;the spatial distribution shows a certain degree of aggregation,and the difference in the social concern of each province is obvious and there is a significant positive spatial correlation,but there is a tendency of decreasing the radiation-driven effect among the provinces;young and middle-aged people and female groups are the main streams of concern for international Chinese education,the media attention rate and influence of public opinion are slightly lower. Accordingly,the article puts forward suggestions to promote the influence of international Chinese language from three aspects:accurate publicity and promotion,network empowerment and utilization of aggregation effect.
