With the outbreak of the Opium War，the idea of “using tea to make prosperity” became popular in the late Qing Dynasty，which led to the development of China’s tea industry，but also brought the progress of the downstream industry. Tea boxes play an important role in the frequent tea road. The relevant patterns and characters of this period were printed on the tea box，which gave it a certain cultural connotation. In the integration of Chinese and Western cultures，it gradually formed with Fujian native culture as the main body and Western culture as the auxiliary，carrying the spiritual wealth of the social and cultural development of modern Fujian. Based on the historical and social conditions of Fuzhou and eastern Fujian in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China，this paper analyzes the origin of Fuzhou tea boxes and the change from the wooden lacquered tea box pictures to the tin tea pot pictures，so as to study the artistic style of tea boxes and the reflected interaction of social fields.
