This paper presents the development trajectory of the Iraqi news communication industry from 1869 to the present. Specifically，this report sets forth the factors influencing the Iraqi news communication industry in different historical contexts and briefs developments in Iraqi media formats，including newspapers，radio，and television stations. This paper，in particular，highlights important news media in Iraq at present and illustrates the diverse landscape of the Iraqi news communication industry.
